Excerpt: One of the most impressive and imposing gatherings of city, county, State and federal officials ever assembled here, yesterday formally dedicated Orlando's new $700,000 Federal and Post Office Building.

Below are shown Federal Judge Alexander Akerman accepting the Federal Courtroom of the new building, and Fourth Assistant Postmaster General Walter Myers who accepted the building on behalf of the Postoffice Department, and former Congressman J. Mark Wilcox whose efforts helped bring the building to Orlando.
