January 16th, 1941 letter from H. C. Huddleson to Mr. James Beggs, Postmaster General, Orlando, FL, with detailed suggestions relating to the dedication of the new Post Office in downtown Orlando.

Excerpt:

A platform on the main street side of the building for the excercises. The closing of the block from Jefferson to Robinson.

As a closing feature a banquet the evening after the excersises would be an event worth while and a finale to talk about for days to come...
