Rosie O'Grady's Goodtime Emporium featured a Red Hot Mama, a hot Dixieland band, singing waitors and Can Can girls. The waitresses would slide down a fireman's pole from several floors above to the bandstand on the first floor nightly and perform the Can Can atop the bar. At the end of their performance they would send their garters into the crowds who were eager to catch the souvenirs.
