Pine Castle Woman's Club Fifth Grade Essay Contest: Emily Raybuck's Winning Essay

When I grow up, I will be a good citizen in my community by volunteering to go to nursing homes. I would help them by reading to them, by playing board games with them, maybe by writing letters to their families, and help them do their laundry. I could paint ladies' nails for them. Most importantly, just be there so they have somebody to listen to their stories
