Salvation Army – Advisory Board Annual Meeting

In “A Message from the Chairman”, W. C. Johnson states: The Salvation Army’s tradition of service to the troubled men, women and children of this community dates from July 1911. While the Salvation Army uses the most modern procedures, facilities and equipment available in serving the less fortunate, the basic tenet of its service is traditional – that man best serves god by serving his fellow men….”
